Service Description

This is a one day face-face training that provides staff with basic knowledge on several aspects of supporting vulnerable children and adults in care. The skills attained meets the standard requirements to start shadow work immediately. Some organisations prefer this package for members of staff who are new in the care industry as it provides theory and practical training.
